Do I?! It’s funny because I don’t really see a huge difference, most likely because I see myself everyday in the mirror and it’s been more gradual. My plan is to eat as raw and clean as possible. I’ll end in 9 days, break with soaked prunes, then fruits, salads, and gradually add in other whole foods. I’ll eat a plant-based diet for at least a month, then decide as I go. I’m starting a blog about all of this to launch next week or so. I’ll share the link then.
