Thanksgiving (in pictures)

I juiced the pumpkin and roasted the seeds for C

Steamed green beans, roasted root vegetables (sweet potato, turnip, carrot and purple fingerlings), stuffing, roasted chicken (a whole turkey just for C didn't make much sense) and a lemony gravy

Me with fresh pumpkin and honeycrisp apple juice with spices

Candid of me (see #16 in previous post)

  1. Holy cow! You look completely different! I love your glasses too! Keep up the good work!!!!! What kind of (eating) plan do you have for when your juice feast ends? What are you planning on breaking the feast with? I hear prunes are popular…

  2. Do I?! It’s funny because I don’t really see a huge difference, most likely because I see myself everyday in the mirror and it’s been more gradual. My plan is to eat as raw and clean as possible. I’ll end in 9 days, break with soaked prunes, then fruits, salads, and gradually add in other whole foods. I’ll eat a plant-based diet for at least a month, then decide as I go. I’m starting a blog about all of this to launch next week or so. I’ll share the link then.
